2023 Third District Convention

Forest Lake American Legion Post 225 looks forward to hosting all the Third District Family on
May 19 & 20. We will be having some fun on Friday evening at the “Welcome Dinner” featuring
an Italian Buffet. After dinner, we will have a little competition between the Legion, Auxiliary and
the SAL with a “Jeopardy” contest. All will be able to participate, with the Commanders and
President in control of the buzzers, so bone on your Legion, Auxiliary and SAL history – it’s sure
to be a fierce competition!! Saturday will be the meetings for your respective organizations, with
a dinner to follow which includes the whole family to round out the night. Our Master of
Ceremonies this year shall be our own Mark & Linda Dvorak, who between both of them, cover
all our Legion Entities. Once again, there will be a 50/50 raffle that will be drawn on Saturday
night and different raffles and drawings throughout the day. We will also be having on Sunday
morning, May 21st, our normal “All you can Eat Breakfast Buffet” with made to order omelets.
There will be a discounted ticket for Legion family members in your gift bags. Please look in this
