SUMMARY:2023 Third District Convention
DESCRIPTION:Forest Lake American Legion Post 225 looks forward to hosting all the Third District Family on\nMay 19 & 20. We will be having some fun on Friday evening at the “Welcome Dinner” featuring\nan Italian Buffet. After dinner\, we will have a little competition between the Legion\, Auxiliary and\nthe SAL with a “Jeopardy” contest. All will be able to participate\, with the Commanders and\nPresident in control of the buzzers\, so bone on your Legion\, Auxiliary and SAL history – it’s sure\nto be a fierce competition!! Saturday will be the meetings for your respective organizations\, with\na dinner to follow which includes the whole family to round out the night. Our Master of\nCeremonies this year shall be our own Mark & Linda Dvorak\, who between both of them\, cover\nall our Legion Entities. Once again\, there will be a 50/50 raffle that will be drawn on Saturday\nnight and different raffles and drawings throughout the day. We will also be having on Sunday\nmorning\, May 21st\, our normal “All you can Eat Breakfast Buffet” with made to order omelets.\nThere will be a discounted ticket for Legion family members in your gift bags. Please look in this\nnewsletter for the registration information.
