On April 13th, Eagan resident John Flynn was recognized as the American Legion Department of Minnesota Third District Vice Commander of the Year. This award was presented by Department Commander Darrel Redepenning and Department Membership Director Michael Maxa during a Department rally held at Le Center Post 108. John is also the Commander of Daniel R. Olsen Post 594 in Eagan.
