The United Veterans Legislative Council of Minnesota is conducting a Veterans Wellness Survey.
CV-19, shutdowns, and civil unrest has impacted everyone. Our coalition seeks to know exactly how MN vets are doing so responses can be deployed before more harm is done. The survey is open to vets, family, and caregivers. NO VETERAN LEFT BEHIND
The survey can be found on the UVLC Home Page at https://mnuvlc.org/
FAQs about the survey:
Why take this survey? The survey will improve the lives of Minnesota veterans and their families by helping us better understand their needs. It will help us understand where benefits are working, and where improvements can be made. We thank you in advance for giving your time. It means a lot to us.
Who can take this survey? To qualify you must live in Minnesota and have served in active duty in the United States military and/or served in the Reserves or the National Guard. (Note: someone can also help a veteran to complete this online survey).
How much time does it take? Completing the core part of the survey will probably take 10 to 15 minutes. This is followed by a final optional section which includes health measures that can be compared to other scientific studies (another 5 minutes).
Is it safe? We do not ask for your name or any private information and your responses will be kept confidential.
Where can I get the study results? Once the findings are ready, the United Veterans Legislative Council will post the results on their website. The findings will also be shared with leading veterans support organizations in the state. At the end of this survey, you will also be given the option to go to a second secure website to sign up to get the report of the study results mailed directly to you.
