The Daniel R. Olsen Eagan American Legion Post 594 awarded a Quilt Of Valor to Post member Frank Caldwell on Tuesday, September 19 meeting.
Frank is an US Army veteran who served as a medic in his US and Vietnam tours. He remains active in the American Legion Post in the Color Guard and in numerous Post fundraising events and other activities supporting veterans and children & youth causes in the Eagan and surrounding communities.
